The Role

As a Consultant Manager at Northgrounds, you will start with a 50% consultant assignment, transitioning to a full-time role as the team grows. You will:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business and identify how AI can drive value, leveraging your experience in transforming customers with AI solutions.

• Develop and implement AI strategies that align with client goals, such as deploying advanced analytics for business intelligence or using computer vision for automated inspections.

• Oversee and manage consulting projects from conception through execution, ensuring successful delivery. This includes managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

• Mentor senior consultants and junior consultants, contributing to their professional growth and the continuous improvement of our consulting practices.

• Drive sales efforts, working to expand our client base and grow the consulting business.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of experts passionate about making a difference.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business consulting, with proven success in transforming clients through the implementation of AI solutions.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of how AI can be applied in various industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing to solve real-world business problems.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of consultants.

• Sales and Business Development: Experience in driving sales and expanding client relationships, with a track record of meeting sales targets.

• Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, create compelling presentations, and write clear and concise reports.

• Project Management: Experience in managing consulting projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

• Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and continuously improving your skill set.
